We found ourselves at the hotel because our car broke down during our trip to Corsica and we had to deal with its repair. Nevertheless, we were delighted with the attitude of the staff - they were very helpful in solving our difficult situation. At the same time, the hotel has great charm, architectural detail and is in a city that is only a short distance from beautiful cities such as Pisa or Lucca. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Great location when walking the Via Francigena. Breakfast was just what you need before walking all day and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Staff was incredibly helpful and went out of the way to help us with a very late check-in. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel location is very approachable to Lucca.

This small hotel is a very short walk from the centre of Altopascio. Our hosts, Luciano and Aurora, made our stay. They were very helpful indeed - and it is that kind of kindness and consideration that gives you fond memories of a place. The hotel has a lift, the rooms are a good size, and at breakfast there was a wide choice of options including fresh pastries.

This was a one night stopover while on our roadtrip. Happy with the hotel, parking simple, we left early so can't comment on breakfast. The best part however was the evening when we found somewhere to eat nearby called La Magione del Tau

Comfortable room, very friendly staff, good supper and breakfast, convenient location just off the main square. Just right for weary pilgrims walking the Via Francigena.
